DESCRIPTION:The Maxi-Dash is an annual race which first took place in 1975 
 but hasn’t run for 5 years. The aim is to climb as much as possible in a
 t least 3 different crags around Nairobi. The teams all start at 6am and e
 nd at 18:45 pm in Hell's Gate. \n\nDuring the race\, climbing\, all teams
  should be self sufficient in terms of water\, food\, communication and tr
 ansportation.\n\nThere are 3 categories of teams by climbing ability\, eac
 h with its own winner.
