We consider reciprocal links very important to increase traffic to the websites. Most of the major search engines takes today into great consideration link popularity and increasing the number of quality, relevant sites which link to our sites can actually improve search engine rankings.

How we evaluate new links

We prefer mountaineering or climbing related sites but we often grant links to general interest sites if we believe they are beneficial to our visitors and to our website. Every link is evaluated on a case by case basis. The link should be an even exchange in value so we expect the page where your link to us is placed to have about the same PR as ours. A reciprocal link to our site before you contact us is HIGHLY recommended in order to expedite our consideration.

There's a timetable of events in our monthly member's newsletter and this is posted on the club notice board.
