I'm afraid I do not know of any groups going to Kili over Easter. A guide service with a good reputation is BigExpeditions. You can get contact info from their web site: http://www.bigexpeditions.net/. Not that any guide service will intentionally poison you, but do not forget your Cipro. It made all the difference for me :)
