18th - 20th November : Kipipiri Camping and Hiking

Plan is to meet at ABC place on Friday afternoon and car pool. It's a 2.5 hours drive to the campsite. The road is ok and a 4wd is not necessary unless it rains heavily. Camp site is near the Muthubio gate of Aberdares National Park. 

We will leave early on Saturday morning for the hike. The hike is said to be gradual but long.(therefore we need to be there on Friday) 

Camp at the same site on Friday and Saturday. 

You must be sufficient with self-camping. Will let you know later for the availability of water and other facilities. There will be a charge for camp site and a guide(s). 

Let Hiroko and/or Miano know if you would like to come by 15th Nov. via e-mail.  If need a ride, indicate so.
